This item was bought as an anniversary present. The box was slightly damaged (small perforation) so I took the tray out to check it over. It was, however, double wrapped in polythene and tissue paper which I didn’t want to remove to preserve the unopened appearance. I trust that the tray is pristine as the damage to the outer packaging was minimal.
There was a sticker on the box which had been covered over by the address label. It simply said ALUMINIUM. This created a doubt as to whether the tray was not a genuine bronze object as I had believed it to be when ordering. Hmm?

As stated both in the product description and details, the tray itself is aluminium, and the term bronze refers solely to the colour finish rather than the material.
