Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong or you change your mind, here’s how our returns work:
1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
You have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
-
-
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.
-
After you notify us, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions.
Return Costs
If you cancel because you’ve changed your mind:
-
You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
-
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges required by the destination country. If these charges are not paid, if the shipment is refused, or if it cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the recipient and is returned to us, we will issue a refund once the goods have been received back. The refund will be less any reasonable costs incurred as a result of the return, including return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and carrier administration charges where applicable.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
We will refund:
-
The price you paid for the item(s); and
-
The standard delivery cost (if any), but not any optional express or upgraded shipping costs.
We will refund you within 5–7 business days, and in any event no later than 14 days from approval, as required by law.
Returned goods must be in their original condition (unused and in original packaging) unless reasonable handling was necessary to inspect them.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
-
If the item is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
-
The requirement for items to be in their original condition (unused, with tags, and in original packaging) does not apply to goods returned because they are faulty or defective. Returns made under your statutory consumer rights will be accepted even if the item has been opened or used for reasonable inspection and testing.
-
We will cover all postage or collection costs for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items.
If a defect emerges after 30 days (within six months of delivery), we may offer a repair or replacement in the first instance, in accordance with your statutory rights.
This applies only to defects of manufacture or origin. We do not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents after delivery.
Refund Method
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
We will refund you within 5–7 business days, and in any event no later than 14 days from approval, as required by law.

Promotional codes remain subject to their own individual terms and conditions.
7. Unused voucher balance
Each voucher is intended for single-use redemption.
If the total value of an order is less than the value of the voucher used, any remaining unused balance will be forfeitedonce the voucher has been redeemed.
Unused balances cannot be carried forward, reissued, refunded or applied to a future order.
We therefore recommend that customers use the full value of their voucher in a single transaction.

Where the total order value exceeds the value of the voucher or vouchers being redeemed, the remaining balance must be paid using one of the payment methods accepted on our website.
9. Cash value
Vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Vouchers may not be resold for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Returns and refunds
If a product purchased using a voucher is returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, any amount originally paid using a voucher will not be refunded in cash.
Where applicable, the relevant amount may instead be returned as store credit or a replacement voucher/code.
If an order was paid partly by voucher and partly by another payment method, any refund will be allocated between the payment methods as appropriate.
Our standard Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
11. Lost, stolen or misused vouchers
Customers are responsible for keeping voucher codes secure.
What a Host Home cannot accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost, stolen, deleted, disclosed to another person or used without the holder's permission, unless this results from an error on our part.
Once a voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be reused.
12. Voucher availability and misuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or deactivate a voucher where we reasonably believe that it has been obtained, duplicated, transferred or used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will not affect statutory rights and will be published on this page.
